About Us

Freja Store is an online clothing and shoes store, run by Freja Sieraden in the Netherlands and delivering across the United Kingdom. We stock clothing, shoes and a few bags and accessories, mostly for women, and we would rather tell you what we know about a piece than how it will make you feel.

About Us

It started with a simple frustration: product pages full of promises and very little information. We wanted pages that tell you what a piece actually is, so that is how we write ours, one product at a time.

Where we know it, the product page names the fabric, the cut and the sizes it comes in. We name each detail as it is listed to us, and where a detail is not given, the page leaves it out rather than guessing.

What you will find is a catalogue of clothing and shoes, described in the same way on every product page. Shoe sizes are shown in UK sizing with the US size next to them. If something is unclear, email us and we will tell you what we know about that particular item.

Our Mission

Our mission is a product page you can read without reading between the lines. You will not find a countdown, a stock warning or a claim we cannot back up on any of our pages.

The store is built around everyday pieces rather than occasion pieces: a knit for a grey morning, a coat for the walk to work, a pair of shoes for a long weekend. Each page is written from the same facts, in the same order, so one item is easy to compare with the next.

That also means putting right what we get wrong. If a listing seems to name the wrong fabric or a size comes up large or small, tell us and we will check and update the page. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time, and replies within 24 hours on business days.

Our Vision

We picture a wardrobe that is chosen rather than accumulated. A few pieces that fit the way you really live: the commute, the school run, the dinner that ran late and the Sunday with nowhere to be.

Clothes should follow your day instead of setting it. Something you can put on in the morning and still be wearing in the evening, without going home to change.

Over the coming years we want Freja Store to be the place you come back to, because the page told you plainly what you were buying the first time. Clear pages, the fabric named where we have it, and clothing and shoes for the way you live your week.
