Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Select your favourite items, add them to your basket and complete the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details straight away.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are prices shown in pounds?

Yes. All prices are shown and charged in GBP (pounds sterling). Prices include VAT where applicable; no tax is added on top at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 12 business days across the United Kingdom. This means a total delivery time of 6 to 15 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM UK time on a business day begin processing the same day. See details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on every order to the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Will I pay import VAT or customs fees on delivery?

No. Any import VAT, customs duty or handling fee on your order is paid by us, and nothing is charged to you on delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can read more on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have a 30 day return window from the day your order is delivered. This includes your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Read the full details in our Refund Policy.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive your returned item, we check it and issue your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
